What to Expect

Founded in Roseville, this free walking community exists to make movement feel less lonely and more connected. Our intention is to bring women and children of all ages together to build healthy habits, form meaningful relationships, and show up for one another—one step at a time.

Whether you arrive solo, with friends, or many wonderful children, you’ll always be welcomed in. Our goal is simple: no woman walks alone.

CurateD Connection

Connection is a core part of the process. During the walk, we will move with purpose by having a dedicated discussion topic.

Supportive Space

Our walks prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in movement and conversation.

Family Oriented

We know that it’s hard to find that sitter sometimes, so kids of all ages are welcome to join in our walks—building habits together.

  • A relaxed midweek morning walk where women and children can move, chat, and enjoy fresh air together at an easy, comfortable pace. Perfect for anyone looking to reset, connect with others, and build a gentle rhythm of movement and gupshup in their week. Meets Wednesdays from 9:30–11 am.

  • A calm, after-children’s-bedtime walk for women looking to unwind, get some fresh air, and ease into the week with good company. We meet in Whitney Ranch for a stroll filled gupshup — the perfect way to reset after a full day. Mondays from 8:30–9:30 pm.

  • A relaxed monthly walk for women and kids to gather, move, and enjoy time outdoors together. We meet every 4th Sunday at Maidu Regional Park for an easy-paced stroll filled with conversation, connection, and plenty of space for little ones to join in. A simple, joyful way to build community and start the day together. This park has a 3.4 miles loop that is partly paved, easy to walk, and stroller/wheelchair friendly. We estimate this loop will take 1 to 1.5 hours.
